BizPony LLC ("BizPony," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through this website, www.bizpony.com (the "Site").

The Site is deliberately minimal. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, uses no analytics, and loads no content from third-party servers. Nothing about your visit is tracked, profiled, or shared, and no personal information is collected unless you choose to write to us.

This Privacy Policy explains what little information is involved, how it is used, and the limited circumstances under which it may be disclosed. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Information You Provide

The Site has no forms, no accounts, and no user submissions. The only way to send us personal information is to write to us directly. If you contact BizPony LLC by email, we receive:

Information Collected Automatically

The Site itself collects nothing automatically. There is no analytics software, no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no advertising technology of any kind.

As with any website, the provider that hosts the Site, Netlify, generates standard server logs when a page is requested. These logs may include an IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. They are generated by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes, are not used by BizPony LLC to identify or profile visitors, and are not combined with any other information.

These logs are held and disposed of by Netlify under its own retention practices. BizPony LLC does not keep a copy of them, and does not use Netlify's analytics product.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This Site does not set cookies.

It also uses no local storage, no web beacons, no fingerprinting, and no similar technologies. Fonts and every other asset are served from the Site's own domain, so simply visiting this Site does not cause a request to any third party. There is nothing here for you to opt out of, and no cookie banner is required.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to:

• Respond to inquiries you initiate
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site
• Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues

Service Providers

BizPony LLC relies on a small number of providers to operate the Site and its correspondence. These providers act on our instructions and may not use the information for their own purposes:

• Netlify, which hosts and serves the Site's pages and generates the server logs described above. Netlify's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.
• An email provider, which transmits and stores correspondence sent to us
• A domain registrar and DNS provider

No other party receives information through the Site.

BizPony LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information.

Apart from the service providers named above, we may disclose information only in limited circumstances, including:

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
• To protect the rights, property, or security of BizPony LLC
• To prevent or investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents

No Marketing or Promotional Use

BizPony LLC sends no marketing email, maintains no mailing list, and does not use personal information for marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional activities.

The Site is served over an encrypted connection. Because the Site collects nothing, holds no database, and stores no credentials, there is very little to protect: correspondence sent to us is held in our email provider's systems under access controls limited to those who need it.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

The Site retains nothing. It has no database and keeps no record of your visit. The only information we hold is correspondence you send us, which remains in our email system for as long as the inquiry or relationship requires, and thereafter as part of our business records. We do not operate a fixed deletion schedule, so if you would like us to delete what you have sent, write to us and we will do so, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.

Your Rights and Requests

You may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and provide a copy
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete correspondence we hold from you
• Restrict or object to our use of it

Write to info@bizpony.com and we will respond within 30 days. Because we hold nothing beyond correspondence, answering a request usually means searching our email for your address; we may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will not use that confirmation for any other purpose.

Exercising any of these rights costs nothing, and we will not treat you differently for having done so.

Visitors in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, BizPony LLC is the controller of the information described in this policy. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence we receive and in keeping the Site secure and available. We do not rely on consent, because the Site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.

In addition to the rights listed above, you have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, including the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.

BizPony LLC is based in the United States, so correspondence you send us is stored there. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, for any transfer of personal information out of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.

California Residents

BizPony LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

The only category of personal information we collect is identifiers and the contents of communications, and only from people who write to us. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we use nothing for automated decision-making or profiling.

California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, and correct as described under Your Rights and Requests, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. BizPony LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage visitors to review third-party privacy policies independently.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. BizPony LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
